Do whatever it takes to feel safe, seen, wanted.

But underneath the mask, I was overthinking everything.
Anxious. Lonely. Disconnected from myself.

I know what it’s like to live behind a version of yourself that helped you survive — but never let you fully live.

Growing up queer in Bulgaria, I didn’t have much space to explore who I really was. I kept searching for courage, connection, and something real.

What saved me was staying open. Curiosity brought me to places like Provincetown and NYC that immediately felt like home — and to practices like yoga, breathwork, and coaching.

I started receiving the support I never knew I needed… and the permission to grow into someone I chose to be.

And that’s what I want for you.

When I nurture my inner child, when I radically accept my being, when I choose actions that honor my truth… that’s when I feel most alive.

That’s the real work — and it’s worth it.
Because how you feel about yourself matters more than anything.
And because you deserve a life where you don’t have to perform, hide, or shrink anymore.

I’m still figuring it out too. And coaching is what helps me choose, every day, how I want to show up — with more honesty, courage, and joy.
